Wow, that is a VERY long time just for a hard disk. Hope you get it
straightened out sooner rather than later.

I feel for your hosting woes; Our server just took a dive from a hardware failure and it took nearly 40 hours for the host to restore it : (

We've got to save up time and money now to try and find a new host — 40 hrs is just beyond acceptable to replace a hard disk.
