Boost Productivity with Timesheet Management Software

I do some contracting work from home and it’s sometimes difficult to keep up with the paperwork side of things. This is especially hard when I have multiple clients at the same time. I have tried various methods for keeping track of myself, but have yet to settle on a solution that really works for me. That being said, I can’t imagine how difficult it is to run a business, even a small business, and have to handle time-tracking for a number of employees.

Atlantic Global’s Time Management Software hopes to make this task easier for you and your business. Atlantic Global provides you with a scalable solution that allows you to track your employees time and expenses online. You and you’re employees are provided with an intuitive interface which will allow you to track a project from beginning to end, including billing time and budget.

Not only can you track time and project budgets, but Individuals, Managers and Executives can manipulate information to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization around key metrics. From providing a simple summary of what activities an employee has worked on to looking at their billing ratio, absence or administrative workload, you have a wealth of information at your disposal.

Having a good solution for tracking time will boost the productivity of your business and allow you to see where you can trim the fat in these hard economic times. Visit Atlantic Global and take advantage of their 30-day free trial.

What methods do you use to track your time or to keep up with your employees? Leave a comment, I’d love to hear about it.

Our Time Tracking process was a good one, but with www.hourdoc.com we suddenly found how much time and energy we had been wasting on things that could be done automatically and with much better accuracy than through manual data entry. They offer free application to companies less than 50 employees. You must Try it!
  • I remember working on a Time and Expense online software (a long time ago), the requirements were very unclear and constantly changing, and Project Management was not the greatest. Needless to say, that project never saw the light.

I do agree with the previous comment about having a comprehensive Project Management tool instead of just going with a part of it.
  • I doubt that "time sheet management software" can boost productivity, actually i can do more damage then help. What you need is an all in one project management solution like http://www.comindwork.com or http://www.centraldesktop.com or others, but if for every process, task you'll start using different kind of softwares at the end you'll end up paying lots of money for software you don't use
  • I don't use anything but I sure do need SOMETHING. I might try this out.
  • Yeah, it's just one thing I came across, but I'm always trying to do things
for free, so I'm still searching for a better solution.
  • Looks good, but what integration features, and time tracking on the go? I've been using tsheets for over a year, and simply love it!
