So many People in the "Music Biz" are ignorant to these 3 principles! If I can add one more, I think team players are also important to good chemistry in a successful business. Having good leaders means nothing without workers who know their role and work hard to do what they do well. If you have someone who wants to argue every move you collectively make, fine, but if this person doesn't provide any input in the creative process, let them go. Regarding handling your finances, I was told to hire a accountant and a payroll company for that for two reasons: 1. Who has time to run a Company and Money? 2. To protect yourself.
